PlayOnly

Content Removal Policy

Effective: 14 September 2026·Last revised: 14 September 2026 — initial version

1. Purpose and scope

This Policy explains how to ask for content on PlayOnly (“the Service”) to be removed, and how we review and handle those requests.

“Content” in this Policy includes the characters on the Service with their descriptions and images, photos and short videos generated by AI during a chat, the AI-generated messages of characters, and the profile and persona images that users upload.

All characters on the Service are fictional and are created and published by the operator. Users cannot create or publish characters. Photos and videos generated in a chat are produced entirely by AI from the operator's character images; no real person is filmed or photographed. The Service never puts a user's uploaded photo or face into generated sexual media.

2. When you can ask for removal

Anyone can ask for removal in the following cases.

  • ·You believe a character, a generated photo or video, or other content depicts you or uses your likeness, name or personal information.
  • ·You believe the Service holds sexual images or videos that were made or shared without the consent of the person shown.
  • ·You have found content that breaches the Blocked Content Policy.
  • ·You believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission (in this case, please follow the DMCA Policy).
  • ·You are a user and want your own data, or photos and videos generated in your own conversations, removed.

Copyright notices have their own legal requirements, so please send them under the DMCA Policy. All other grounds are handled under this Policy.

3. Your own data and generated media

You can delete your conversations and your account yourself within the Service. A deleted account is restored if you sign in again within 30 days; after that period, your information is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Photos and videos generated in a chat are shown only inside that user's own conversation, and the Service has no feature to share, publish or download them. There is currently no button to delete a single photo or video, so if you want a particular photo or video removed, please ask at admin@playonly.ai.

It helps us find it if you include your account email address, the character's name, the date of the conversation and a description of the photo or video you want removed.

4. How to make a request

Send removal requests to admin@playonly.ai. So that we can act quickly and accurately, please include:

  • ·an email address where we can reply to you;
  • ·what the content is and where it is (character name, page address, date or description of the conversation, screenshots and so on);
  • ·why you believe the content should be removed;
  • ·your relationship to the content (for example, the person concerned, their legal representative, or someone authorised by the rights holder);
  • ·a statement that the information in your request is true and accurate.

If information is missing, it may be hard for us to find or assess the content; we may ask you for more, and handling may take longer as a result.

5. Confirming who you are

Where a request says that content uses your likeness, name or personal information, we may ask for minimal proof that you are the person concerned.

We use anything you send for this purpose only to handle that request, and delete it once the request is closed. We do not ask for more than is necessary.

6. Process and timing

We look at the content you have reported and, where necessary, review the related conversations or generated media before reaching a decision. Our timescales are:

StepTimescale
AcknowledgementWithin 3 business days of receiving your request
DecisionWithin 7 business days of receiving your request
Child-safety content and non-consensual intimate contentWith priority over other requests, as fast as possible

Where the facts are complex or we need more information, a decision may take longer than 7 business days. If so, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.

Where content appears to be child sexual abuse material or to involve the exploitation of minors, we block it immediately, report it to the competent authorities as required by law, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and the Korean National Police Agency, and preserve records to the extent the law requires.

7. Outcomes

Depending on our review, we take one or more of the following actions.

  • ·Removing the content
  • ·Restricting how the content is shown or used
  • ·Restricting, suspending or terminating the account concerned
  • ·Taking no action (in which case we explain why)

We tell you the outcome by email. We may withhold information we cannot disclose, such as another user's personal information or conversations.

8. Asking for a re-review

If you disagree with the outcome, you can ask for a re-review by replying to our email within 30 days of receiving it. Please explain why you think the decision is wrong and include any new information.

We will look at the request again and answer within 7 business days of receiving your re-review request. Users whose own content or account has been acted on can ask for a re-review in the same way.

9. Abuse of the process

This process exists to solve real problems. We may decline to act on requests that contain false information, impersonate someone else, or repeat the same request in a way that disrupts the Service.

We may restrict the account of a user who knowingly makes a false request, and a person whose false request causes loss to others may be legally responsible for it.
