Community Guidelines

These Guidelines set out, in plain language, the rules of conduct that everyone who uses PlayOnly (the “Service”) must follow.

They apply together with the Terms of Service and the Blocked Content Policy.

The Service contains adult content and may only be used by people aged 18 or over. If the age of majority where you live is higher, you must be at least that age.

Using the Service by giving a false age is a breach of the Terms of Service. The Underage Policy explains this in more detail.

• ·Every character in the Service is a fictional person created by the operator, not a real person.
• ·Your relationship with a character is a relationship within a story, not a real human relationship.
• ·Everything a character says is generated by AI and may be wrong or untrue.
• ·Conversations with characters are not a substitute for professional advice, whether medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise.

If you are going through a hard time or thinking about hurting yourself, please reach out to a person rather than a character. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis line straight away. In the United States you can call 988, and in Korea you can call 109, for crisis support.

Your chats, photo and video requests, personas and uploaded images must all comply with the Blocked Content Policy. In particular, the following is never allowed:

• ·sexual content involving anyone who is or appears to be a minor
• ·content that depicts real people sexually or degrades them
• ·content depicting non-consensual sexual activity
• ·content that actually helps with illegal activity

Calling something a fictional story or role-play does not make blocked content acceptable. Trying to work around the AI's refusals is also a violation.

• ·Only upload images that represent you or that you have the right to use as your profile and persona images. Do not upload other people's photos.
• ·Do not depict real people sexually, or ask for photos or videos that resemble a real person.
• ·Do not invent falsehoods about real people or create content that insults them.

• ·Rewards such as sign-up bonuses and referral rewards are based on one account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to collect more of them.
• ·Do not share, lend, sell or buy accounts.
• ·Do not access the Service or collect its content using bots, scrapers, macros or other automated means.
• ·Do not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Service for gain; if you find one, please tell us.
• ·Do not sell or buy Spark, partner places or accounts for real money outside the Service.
• ·Do not obtain referral rewards or sign-up bonuses unfairly, for example by using your own referral code on another account of yours.

We may reverse or withhold Spark and rewards obtained by unfair means. The Referral Program Terms set out the details of the referral program.

Whether a character has a “partner” is an in-game relationship status that other users can see, and it can be won or bought with Spark. So that everyone competes on equal terms, please follow these rules:

• ·Do not use multiple accounts to take a partner place or to interfere in the competition.
• ·Do not use the partner feature to move Spark between your own accounts.
• ·Do not collude with other users to pass partner places or Spark between you unfairly.
• ·Do not exploit bugs to win or keep a partner place.

Only Spark within the Service moves between users through the partner feature; no money changes hands.

• ·Do not enter other people's real names, addresses, contact details, ID details and the like into chats or personas.
• ·Do not try to obtain or use other people's account or sign-in details.
• ·Do not use the Service to harass or track anyone.

What you type in a chat is sent to AI providers to generate replies. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Taking into account the nature and seriousness of a violation and whether it has happened before, we take one or more of the following steps. Depending on the case, we may act without notice.

Serious violations, such as sexual content involving minors, lead to immediate termination without the earlier steps and, where necessary, a report to the competent authorities.

If you come across conduct that breaks these Guidelines, please write to admin@playonly.ai. Including the name of the character involved, the approximate date and time, and a description of the problem helps us look into it quickly.

If you disagree with an action we have taken, you can ask for it to be reviewed again by writing to admin@playonly.ai. Please include your account's email address, the action you received, and why you think it should be reviewed.

We will review the decision again and tell you the outcome within 30 days of receiving your request. Where we have already reported a matter to the competent authorities as the law requires, that process may continue regardless of the outcome of the review.

We may change these Guidelines where necessary. We will publish the effective date and the substance of any change within the Service, and will give at least 7 days' notice before a change that disadvantages users takes effect.
