Blocked Content Policy

This Policy sets out the content you must not request, write or upload on PlayOnly (the “Service”), and the content you must not try to make the AI generate.

It applies to the messages you exchange with characters, the AI-generated photos and short videos you request during a chat, the personas, memories and notes you write, and the profile and persona images you upload.

This Policy explains the prohibited conduct in the Terms of Service in more detail. If you break this Policy, we may take action under the Terms of Service.

The Service is for adults aged 18 or over. It allows fictional adult content between adult fictional characters, in which everyone involved is portrayed as consenting.

Every character in the Service is fictional and is created and published by the operator. The photos and videos you request during a chat are generated entirely by AI from the operator's character images; no real person is filmed or photographed.

Allowing adult content does not mean that anything goes. The content described in sections 3 to 6 is prohibited in all circumstances.

Sexual content involving anyone who is under 18, appears to be under 18, or is described as under 18 is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• ·depicting a person under 18 sexually, or requesting or steering towards such a depiction
• ·emphasising a childlike body, way of speaking or behaviour in a sexual context
• ·so-called “age play”, in which an adult takes the role of a child or acts like one
• ·using school settings, school uniforms or school years that imply a minor in a sexual context
• ·trying to get around this rule by claiming that a character who looks or is set up as a minor is “actually centuries old” or “really an adult”
• ·setting a persona's age under 18, or casting yourself or a character as a minor in a sexual conversation

The Underage Policy explains how we protect minors in more detail.

Content that treats a real, identifiable person in any of the following ways is prohibited. This applies equally to public figures and private individuals.

• ·Sexual depiction — depicting a real person sexually, or asking for generated photos or videos to resemble a real person
• ·Deepfakes — trying to create images or videos that combine or imitate a real person's face or likeness
• ·Degradation — content that insults or humiliates a real person
• ·Defamation — content that invents false facts about a real person and harms their reputation
• ·Unauthorised photos — uploading someone else's photo as your profile or persona image without their permission

The Service never puts a photo or face you upload into sexual photos or videos generated by the AI.

Even where every character is an adult, the following sexual content is prohibited:

• ·Non-consensual sexual activity — sexual assault, rape, or sexual activity obtained by threats or coercion
• ·Sexual activity with someone unable to consent — someone who is asleep, unconscious, or incapacitated by alcohol or drugs
• ·Incest — sexual depictions between family members such as parents and children or siblings
• ·Bestiality — sexual activity with animals
• ·Necrophilia — sexual activity with dead bodies
• ·Sexual content combined with extreme violence — sexual depictions accompanied by gore, mutilation or torture
• ·Human trafficking and sexual exploitation — content about buying or selling people, forcing people into prostitution, or otherwise exploiting them sexually

The following content is also prohibited:

• ·Promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders — content that encourages or glorifies them, or gives specific methods
• ·Terrorism and violent extremism — content that supports or promotes terrorist groups or violence, or plans an attack
• ·Hate speech and harassment — content that attacks or demeans people or groups because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or similar characteristics
• ·Instructions for illegal activity — content that shows how to actually make weapons, make or deal drugs, hack, commit fraud and the like
• ·Exposing personal information — entering or spreading someone else's real name, address, contact details, ID details and the like without their consent
• ·Intellectual property infringement — uploading or copying other people's works or trademarks without the rights holder's permission
• ·Spam and malware — repeatedly sending promotional content, or inserting malicious code or phishing links

Talking about how you feel, or about thoughts of self-harm or suicide, is not itself prohibited. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line rather than an AI character. The Community Guidelines have more on this.

Blocked content remains prohibited when it is framed as a fictional story, role-play, a hypothetical, a joke, “research” or anything similar. The fact that characters are fictional, or that your conversations are not visible to other users, does not create an exception.

Trying to produce blocked content by changing a scenario step by step, phrasing things indirectly, or working around the AI's refusals is also a breach of this Policy.

We enforce this Policy as follows:

• ·The Service's AI models are instructed to refuse requests that break this Policy. AI is not perfect, however, and the fact that the AI did not refuse does not make the content allowed.
• ·When we receive a report or suspect a violation, we may review the conversation and generated photos or videos concerned, as far as necessary for the investigation.
• ·We may remove content that we find breaks this Policy.
• ·Depending on how serious the violation is, we may restrict or suspend your use of the account or terminate it. Where the Terms of Service allow, remaining Spark is not refunded.
• ·Where we find apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors, we terminate the account immediately, report it to the competent authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and the Korean National Police Agency, and preserve the relevant material as the law requires.

The Community Guidelines describe the steps we take and how to appeal.

We take reports by email. If you come across content that breaks this Policy, please write to admin@playonly.ai. Including the following helps us look into it quickly:

• ·if you are a user, the email address of your account
• ·the name of the character involved and the approximate date and time of the conversation
• ·a description of the message, photo or video concerned
• ·which part of this Policy you think the content breaks

Reports involving minors are handled ahead of other reports. Please do not attach images that appear to be child sexual abuse material to your email; describe in words only where you saw it and what it shows.

We may change this Policy where necessary. We will publish the effective date and the substance of any change within the Service, and will give at least 7 days' notice before a change that disadvantages users takes effect.
