18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption Statement

Every visual depiction on PlayOnly (the “Service”) is created entirely by computer and artificial intelligence. This includes:

• ·character portraits and other character images
• ·character videos
• ·photos and videos generated at a user's request during a chat

No actual human being was photographed, filmed or otherwise used to produce any of these depictions, including any depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Because no actual human being appears in the Service's depictions, the Service is not a “producer” of depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A and their implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75 therefore do not apply to the Service's content.

All characters on the Service are fictional, created and published by the operator, and are all conceived and depicted as adults aged 18 or older. Users cannot create or publish characters.

The Service's AI is instructed never to produce content involving minors. See the Underage Policy for details.

The Service does not publish photos uploaded by users. Profile and persona images are visible only to the user who uploaded them and are not shown to other users. The Service never places a user's uploaded photo or face into generated sexual images or videos.

Images you upload must not contain sexually explicit content and must not depict other people. You may not upload or use images of real people to create sexual content. See the Blocked Content Policy for details.

The Service cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement and other competent authorities. Where we find content that appears to sexually exploit minors, we report it to the competent authorities and preserve it as required by law.

We may change this Statement where necessary, and will publish the effective date and the substance of the change within the Service. Significant changes that disadvantage users are announced at least 7 days before they take effect.
